  1. A NOTE TO MOVING PICTURES v1.x USERS:
  2.  
  3. This version of Moving Pictures is radically different from previous
  4. versions.  It is no longer tied to specific file types.  Now YOU assign
  5. which file types you want randomized.  Because of this, it requires a
  6. little bit of extra work to switch over from your old version.
  7.  
  8. IMPORTANT:  The first thing you need to do is to check your .PIC file(s)
  9. and rename all files listed to their original filenames.  For instance,
  10. if you have an STMEDIUM.TN2 file, you'll have to rename it to what it was
  11. before your previous version of Moving Pictures renamed it.  You can then
  12. delete your .PIC file(s) as well as your MOVEPICS.CFG file.  They are no
  13. longer needed nor used.

  15. That will get you up to date for Moving Pictures v2.0.  Please read
  16. MOVPIC20.ASC for information on setting up the new version.  The time
  17. spent will be well worth it!
